Product Description

A. General introduction

Main machine: The ZC45BIBM machine which injection and blowing mould on the same table, the injection and blowing at the same time, so it can produce the bottle at one step, which highly improves the production. It can produce the bottles from 3ml to 600ml with the material HDPE, LDPE, PP, PS, and the bottles of IBM with no-flash, the surface is smooth to label, so it can be widely used in Sanitary, cosmetic, food, and drinking packing field.

Mould: Including the injection and blowing mould two parts,
MTC: Mould temperature controller which used to adjust the temperature of the hot runner and the injection mould.

B. Characteristics

1. Adopt the double assistant cylinder open-close mold for the injection mold ensuring the stability and speed of actions.

2. The clamping force is distributed to three points equally.

3. Adopt the high speed hydraulic-added valve to increase the clamping speed.
