Product Description
The YJB90-12II double station blow molding machine is different from the single station machine in that it has one additional station with high-precision linear guide.
FEATURES:
1. Built with safety devices to provide maximum protection for the machine operator.
2. High plasticizing capacity extrusion screw is designed to handle material variations.
3. Plasticizing screw and barrel is precision machined from special nitrogen treated steel.
4. Water cooling technology controls feed zone temperature.
Chiller circulated hydraulically controlled blow-pin.
5. The twin station configuration allows for continuous blow molding. This eliminates down time and upgrards production.
6. This series can operate with a selected single station.
7. When requiring both functions in a single machine, purchase the machine for PVC application and order the additional parts (screw and die head ) for conversion to PE application.
The same as the single station machinery, it can be used to produce a wide variety of materials, such as PE, PP, and PA. The largest capacity of the product can be 15L, and its production capacity is 60 to 70% more than the single station machine.
In accordance with different type of products, die heads can be changed to achieve multi-type production.
